Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for sales.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential customers
• Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
• Utilize market knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
• Customer serviceoriented mindset

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
