Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for sales.Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential customers
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Utilize market knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
