About Us & the Position:

Jan-Niklas Georges and his team of three have been providing online marketing services for self-employed individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as associations and public institutions throughout Germany since 2017.

We are now looking for an inside sales representative to research relevant business contacts and use telephone sales to generate interest in a consultation appointment.

As one of the first team members, you can look forward to the fact that much has already been successfully tested, you have the opportunity to contribute and eventually take on the role of sales manager.

We have a casual and open communication style with both our team members and clients, treating each other as equals.

High motivation, discipline, and a passion for telephone sales are essential requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

Research and enrichment of business contacts:

You decide who gets the chance for a consultation with us.

Cold calling:

Using individual scripts, you will generate interest in a consultation appointment.

Prequalification of prospects:

You will gather all necessary information for the consultation appointment.

Followup on calls:

Documenting your call results and opportunities for script improvement.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Experience in daily, multihour sales calls is a big plus.
Fluent and clear communication in written and spoken German.
Proficient in email programs, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet research.
Ability to follow existing processes.
Quick learning ability and high discipline.
