The Warehouse Senior Analyst role will support HVAC Americas consolidation reporting, presentations, and analysis.We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
Responsible for business partnership, developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.Develop and load financial forecasts for various areas and planning cycles
Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting analyzing financial performance versus forecast and plan
Work with site leaders at month-end to understand expenses and record-related journal entries to ensure financials are accurately stated
Identify and implement process and reporting improvements
Hold monthly meetings with site leaders to review forecast, month to date actuals, and highlight risks and opportunities
Perform special projects and ad hoc business/financial analysis where needed
Work closely with Operations leadership and warehouse site leaders to drive productivity through project identification, execution, and tracking
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
~3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
Proven track record with financial process/reporting improvement and simplification
Ability to develop and apply financial models
Demonstrated PC skills, including advanced knowledge of HFM, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
Financial/cost analysis and budgeting/forecasting skills
Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive sustainable solutions
Strong ability to work in diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve high levels of performance in a dynamic, changing environment.
