JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prioritize asset-related client onboarding activities and projects with Credit & Structure Products business partners.
• Enrich security master records across Alter Domus' Portfolio Admin and Fund Accounting system databases by leveraging market data platforms and/or relevant industry source documentation;
• Assist internal teams with various projects; and
• Perform data entry using specialized software applications.
• Create and maintain financial instruments (e.g., loans, bonds, derivatives, equities, etc.) within internal systems by working closely with internal business partners;
• Enrich security master records across Alter Domus' Portfolio Admin and Fund Accounting system databases by leveraging market data platforms and/or relevant industry source documentation;
• Research, extract, and load or disseminate market data from Bloomberg and/or Markit according to internal business requests and procedures;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of loan operations and/or customer service a plus;
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus but not required;
• High proficiency and accuracy in high volume data entry environment;
• Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail required;
• Responsive, friendly, professional and proactive communication; and
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and computer programs.
