The expanding Five9 People Team is looking for a People Compliance Analyst to strengthen our program and support our growing business. In this position, you will act as an expert on employment regulations, working closely with our Legal, Compliance, and People teams to develop and implement global People policies while ensuring legal compliance. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and monitor laws and regulations impacting organizational policies, collaborating with Legal and People teams on potential changes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations as outlined by our Legal teams, operationalizing Five9's People Programs and processes.
Oversee multiple People Compliance initiatives and projects as a program manager.
Lead projects to incorporate new legal requirements, including training, policy updates, and process enhancements.
Manage responses to internal and external compliance audits and requests, such as SOX/SOC controls.
Supervise regulatory compliance report filings and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
Maintain and update People Policies, Employee Handbook, and record retention schedules.
Handle tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR Compliance or HR Generalist roles with compliance responsibilities
Knowledge of SOX and SOC
Ability to engage in consultative approaches with various management levels
Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
Experience leading large cross-functional projects
Familiarity with mandatory government reporting domestically
Strong grasp of people policies, governmental laws, and regulations
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively
Capacity to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Resourcefulness, organizational skills, and effective multitasking
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proactive approach to driving change
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

International experience
Experience in a dynamic tech environment

The displayed salary range represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across the US. Details of the compensation package will be shared during the hiring process.

In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include annual performance bonuses, stock options, and other incentives.

All compensation and benefits are subject to plan documents and agreements.

US base salary range for this role: $76,400—$114,600 USD
