Responsibilities:


_ Typical Day in the Life_
A typical day as a Payroll Compliance Analyst might include the following:

  • Assist team to help determine a client's compliance with collective bargaining agreements that relate to their employee benefits.
  • Be trained by and work with a team lead who will manage assignments and provide guidance through testing assignment completion.
  • Travel with Lead Auditor to the employer sites, complete assignments, and adhere to the time requirements of the engagement.

  • You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes and traveling to different locations to conduct payroll compliance audits percent travel is required in the role).
  • You are a multitasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet.
  • You enjoy being a part of a team and collaborating with others.
  • You have knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
  • You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
  • In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship._

Benefits and Compensation_**Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.


Salary Range:
$67,000-$82,000


Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
