Description

We've been retained by a growing Community Solar IPP with 1.3Gw of solar/BESS projects in the pipeline, looking to bring on a PM/SPM expert to manage high-level project management and EPC facets through the project life-cycle. This role, while rooted in putting projects in the ground, will be focused on managing EPC teams while handling the budgeting & scheduling of their project portfolio.

While this person will be working in-office (when they are not traveling to sites), the team is committed to building a collaborative work environment in and out of the office, and the workplace features a gym, spa, and personal trainers for employees and family members There is even a personal office chef, so no need to worry about feeding yourself

Responsibilities

Maintain contractor/subcontractor relationship
Keep the project on schedule & budget
Handle cross-team functionality, working with all stakeholders throughout the EPC process
Travel to project sites in Upstate NY to maintain project scope and requisites

Qualifications

5+ years of solar PM experience (primarily community/DG)
Ability to self-manage and handle site-problems independently
Understanding of engineering processes / familiar with engineering language

$140-175k Base + 20% bonus, standard employee benefits package (401k, medical, dental, etc.)
