    $20 - 22/hr Based on Experience

    Mon - Fri + Sat OT
    3:30PM - 1:00AM + OT
    1. Perform various quality inspections according to written procedures.
    2. Perform review of DHRs, LHRs and other Quality documents for proper GDP, GMP, material lots and manufacturing procedures.
    3. Assign, control and manage appropriate GLN (General Load Number) and SLN (Sterilization Load Number) for product to and from sterilizer.
    4. Release of post sterilized product per company procedure.
    5. Provide feedback to QA, Operations and R&D on quality issues.
    6. Maintain the records for raw material, subassembly and final inspections.
    7. Other duties as assigned.
    Qualification Requirements
    1. Inspection techniques, understanding technical documentation including mechanical drawings.
    2. Written and oral communications.
    3. Reading technical documentation.
    4. Working in controlled environments (clean rooms).
    5. Good intra-personal skills.
    6. Knowledge of Quality Systems for medical device manufacturing and requirements for inspection and testing.
    7. Minimum 1 years in quality control for medical device manufacturing.
    8. Use of video inspection equipment (desirable) and other inspection tools.
    9. Inspection sampling plans.
    10. HS diploma or equivalent.
    11. Moderate lifting.
    12. Extended microscope and computer usage.
    13. Extended periods of walking or standing.
