Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inspector to join our team.

As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through meticulous inspection and testing.

This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of industry codes and standards.

Duties:

Perform inspections on incoming materials, inprocess components, and finished products
Utilize various tools and equipment such as soldering irons, hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and surface mount technology equipment
Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities
Collect and analyze data to evaluate product quality and identify areas for improvement
Perform testing procedures to ensure product functionality and adherence to specifications
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and provide detailed reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
Proven experience as a Senior Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment
Solid understanding of quality assurance principles, codes, and standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear reports
