- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability benefits, and other perks.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits, enrollment procedures, and any updates or changes to the benefits program.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting employee benefits and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with benefit plan providers, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth administration of benefits plans and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize the value of our benefits offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to employee benefits, including enrollment information, claims data, and costs.
- Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends to identify opportunities for program improvement and cost containment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Savannah Mckillip
