Area Manager (Janitorial/Facilities Services)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager (Janitorial/Facilities Services) to support our company's daily operations in over 25 facilities. The Area Manager (Janitorial/Facilities Services) will be responsible for supervising employees and maintaining cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises all cleaning team members
Recruitment and retention of employees
Reviews and approves team members hours
Develops and trains employees on cleanliness standards, safety and company policies and expectations
Meets with customers daily or weekly to review scope of work & resolve issues while also building a strong working relationship.
Ensures scope of work is being completed according to Triad standards
Covers shifts, if needed
Other duties may be assigned
