    Are you passionate about jewelry and connecting with customers in a meaningful way? Roman Jewelers in Bridgewater, NJ, is looking for a Retail Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team. At Roman Jewelers, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and personalized shopping experience for each customer, making them feel valued and special.     This is a full-time position but we will consider part-time. 1-2 years of experience luxury retail experience required.

    Compensation:

    • $50,000 to $70,000 annually plus bonus opportunities - full time position

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and luxury timepieces
    • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Stay informed about product knowledge and trends in the jewelry industry.
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
    Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years of experience in retail jewelry or luxury industry sales
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
