As a Client Scheduling Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Reading off of "scripts" clearly and professionally
• Building sustainable relationships and engaging clients by going the extra mile
• Recording conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way
• Meet obtainable personal & team qualitative and quantitative targets
