    Strategic Program Management Lead

    The Opportunity:

    As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

    On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of market strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and Teams Planner, and regular interactions with senior leadership and subject matter experts.

    You Have:

    • Experience applying leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributing to the development of new principles and concepts
    • Experience addressing complex problems and providing highly innovative solutions
    • Knowledge of the business development life cycle, capture processes, proposal development, and methods to engage clients on new opportunities
    • Ability to connect with senior leaders, representatives from other companies, and industry and community leaders to grow the brand and work relationships
    • Ability to anticipate market needs and develop and execute programs for field sales, distributors, and customers to maximize interest and effectiveness in sales processes
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience with the Department of Navy systems and PEOs, as well as Systems Commands and Warfare Centers
    • Experience engaging with senior clients on business development topics and future procurements
    • PMP or Agile Certification

    Clearance:

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
