    Manage A/R workload and follow up with Governmental and Commercial payers in an appropriate time frame
    File secondary claims online
    Research and appeal denied claims
    Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness
    Assist patients with claim questions and account balances
    Adhere to production and quality goals
    Minimum three years' experience in a Medical Billing role
    General knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
