Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Lafayette, United States - All State Fastener
Description
Purpose:
To generate picks for the warehouse employees to pull and ship. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with all other duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate pick ticket from pick ticket report
- Filling out picks for production
- Shipping picks creating packing slips and invoices
- Commercial invoices overseas shipments
- Filling out Bill of Lading
- ASN's for production customers
- Scheduling trucks internal and external
- Collect and scan packing slips and picks, and link to PO's and SO's
- Receive parts into system
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of high school education and 3 months of related shipping/receiving experience.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office Products
Domestic and International Shipping Experience
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
