    JOBSUMMARY

    Supporting the Talent Centre ofExcellence on our journey to improve our talent acquisition processes tocreate great experiences for candidate and hiring managers.

    The role is responsible for managingend-to-end recruitment campaigns for global onshore functions by working inclose collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners acrossdifferent areas of our business, in locations across the world. A versatileand innovative approach to different types sourcing and attraction will bekey to success to successfully recruit from entry level roles up to morecomplex experienced hire vacancies.

    The role partners with hiring managers andHRBP's to support the successful delivery of all recruitment campaigns,being the subject matter expert and supporting them at every stage of theprocess from planning to sourcing and selection and supporting the offermanagement process.

    JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Management of the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, partnering with hiring managers and the HRBP's to attract andhire the best talent into the functions to which you are aligned.
    • Be the subject matter expert on allrecruitment matters within the business areas to which you arealigned, advising on all aspects of the process from planning andattraction to sourcing, assessment and selection.
    • Work closely and consultatively with thewider HR Team (Talent Centre of Excellence, Directors, BusinessPartners and People Services), providing advice & guidance andregular updates on all recruitment activities and initiatives.
    • Proactive use of direct sourcing methodsto increase candidate engagement whilst developing talent pools andpipelines for business-critical vacancies and future requirements inbusiness areas with typically high volumes of recruitment.
    • Manage relationships with recruitmentagencies and external stakeholders, regularly monitoring servicelevels and ensuring business processes and terms of business areadhered to.
    • Accurately maintain the documentmanagement system and ATS.
    • Provide a first-class candidate and clientexperience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Continually working to identifyopportunities to improve processes and systems, ensuring allrecruitment processes are effective, efficient and fit for purpose.

    Essential
    • You have full 360 recruitment experiencein an in-house recruitment capacity (leading hiring manager briefings,sourcing & shortlisting, screening, interviewing and assessmentsand supporting offer management process)
    • You have deep understanding of, andexperience in, delivering successful direct sourcing strategies(direct search, cv databases, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter inparticular), talent pools and talent pipelining.
    • You can advise on suitable methods ofassessment, ensuring methods used are relevant, engaging andinclusive, whilst effectively identifying the best possible talent forSeadrill.
    • You have experience of using an ATS andcoaching stakeholders to use the system to its full potential.
    • You are experienced in maintaining andreporting on key metrics and data to stakeholders at all levels
    • You have the ability to think criticallyand are comfortable to challenge the status quo, always striving toidentify and recommend process improvements to ensure the bestpossible stakeholder experience and quality of hire.
    • You are naturally inquisitive, keeping upto date with key market data and trends and applying these to how wework at Seadrill where relevant.
    • You have a consultative approach, with theability to build trust and develop excellent working relationships atall levels, both internally with hiring managers and HR colleagues,and externally with agency partners, assessment providers and localuniversities.
    • You have excellent communication skills,both internally with hiring managers and HR colleagues, as well ascandidates, in different industries and locations.
    • You can multi-task and work at pace,working to tight deadlines in a fast paced, often ambiguousenvironment.
    • You have a flexible approach to work andrespond positively to change and ambiguity.
