Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a team of financial professionals. Enrollment in the intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program. Comprehensive training, education, and support provided. Opportunity to build a practice and lead a team of licensed financial professionals

Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to drive performance and productivity
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize operations and enhance customer experience
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and progress towards objectives

Qualifications:

Executive or management experience
Previously managed a business
MBA or equivalent degree
