Job Posting (NC) Salary Structure: $600 Cellphone reimbursement, 6K auto allowance, and bonus structure of 12KKPI structure (75-85% average met)
Essential Job Duties andResponsibilities
Selling
• Developing and leveraging relationships with key influenceand decision makers in assigned stores and markets.
•Delivering consistent market level contact and administration asper client and customer standards.
• Effectively gainingfront end and main aisle presence of client brands.
•Implement strategies to meet or exceed goals for assigned storesand markets.
• Growing POS for client brands by sellingincremental display locations, selling the execution ofplan-o-grammed locations, executing initiatives as well asmaintaining in stock conditions.
• Analyzes and developsbusiness plans each Quarter that identifies opportunities to growsales within their territory.
Organizingand Planning
• Follows team sales callstandards and strategically implements a call coverage plan thatmeets the business needs of client and the retail customer.
• Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timelypaperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, expense reports,etc.
