    The ABI Territory BilingualBusiness Development Representative is responsible for developingand growing sales volume in their assigned territories throughrelationship building, and effective fact-based selling andpresentations with retail account's operations personnel at storeand market (district/region/etc.) level.

    REQUIRED Experience workingin the adult beverage industry sales or CPGknowledge

    MustBe Bilingual (English &Spanish)

    Job Posting (NC) Salary Structure: $600 Cellphone reimbursement, 6K auto allowance, and bonus structure of 12KKPI structure (75-85% average met)

    Essential Job Duties andResponsibilities
    Selling

    • Developing and leveraging relationships with key influenceand decision makers in assigned stores and markets.

    •Delivering consistent market level contact and administration asper client and customer standards.

    • Effectively gainingfront end and main aisle presence of client brands.

    Achieving Results

    •Implement strategies to meet or exceed goals for assigned storesand markets.

    • Growing POS for client brands by sellingincremental display locations, selling the execution ofplan-o-grammed locations, executing initiatives as well asmaintaining in stock conditions.

    • Analyzes and developsbusiness plans each Quarter that identifies opportunities to growsales within their territory.

    Organizingand Planning

    • Follows team sales callstandards and strategically implements a call coverage plan thatmeets the business needs of client and the retail customer.

    • Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timelypaperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, expense reports,etc.

    Travel and/or DrivingRequirements:


    •Travel and Driving is an essential duty andfunction of this job

    Sales experience and/or knowledge Bachelorsdegree Excellent written communication and verbal communicationskills

    Excellent customer serviceorientation

    Ability to exercise sound judgment

    Ability to make oralpresentations

    Ability to develop strategic plans to growthe business

    Track record of building and maintainingcustomer/client relationships

    Flexible and adaptable, ableto change and alter according to changes in projects or businessenvironment

    Strong computer skills including proficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, andweb-browsers
