- Conducting outbound emails and phone calls to potential clients in the commercial and office markets
- Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers
- Scheduling appointments and demos for our sales team
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly meeting quotas
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
