    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Associate Attorney for a growing law firm with a primary focus on litigation to manage cases from start to finish, including jury trials.
    Salary: $85 - $110k plus bonusesFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid parking
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Independently oversee assigned cases and manage the docket.
    • Proficiently handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, developing expert witnesses, and trial preparation.
    • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and staff members.
    • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
    • Actively participate in business development and cultivate client relationships.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    • Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Ohio state bar.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
    • Preferred experience in product liability, personal injury, general insurance defense, or commercial litigation defense.
    • Preferred admission to additional state bars.
