- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial.
- Experience investigating claims, preparing and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, interacting with expert witnesses, and all aspects of motion practice.
- Able to prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions.
- Actively licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A desire to maintain and develop long-term client relationships.

- Experience with medical cases and reviewing medical records.

Job Summary:
Will assist by helping serve the firm's diverse client base in a wide variety of matters (e.g., complex business and real estate disputes, employment and partnership matters, construction, personal injury).
