Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant III (AA III) provides support to the Executive Office Manager and hospital administrators by planning and organizing daily activities while providing advanced clerical support. The AA III will be responsible for Education coordination by planning and organizing education events, produce materials, coordinate logistics, scheduling, rooms, tracking and monitoring education requirements for employees.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence has a long-standing tradition of caring for residents in western Montana since the Sisters of Providence arrived in the state in 1864. As one of Montana's largest health care providers, Providence works collaboratively across traditional boundaries to develop patient-centered practices that help make lifelong quality care accessible and affordable.
Our award-winning and comprehensive medical centers include Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula and Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, a critical access hospital in Polson.
