What you'll do


As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment and take on interesting tasks that support project staffing.

Our goal is to provide a better understanding and insight into the consulting, sales, and project business. After a period of training, you will be responsible for special topics and work independently on operational tasks.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling requests
  • Supporting resource management projects
  • Planning and coordinating staffing calls
  • Evaluating and monitoring utilization capacity
  • Preparing reports for management meetings
  • Identifying capacity shortages
  • Developing effective measures

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied science
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset, team player, and adaptable
  • Independent work style, eager to learn, and highly motivated
  • Knowledge of business administration is a plus
