The IU Health OR Resource team is seeking experience nurse to work in our nationally ranked and recognized academic health care center.
On this team you will get to experience floating to multiple operating rooms at our University, Methodist, and Riley Hospital campuses.
Resource positions offer similar incentives such as health insurance and top of the market pay rates. They are designed to meet your needs with flexible 10 and 12 hour dayshifts No weekend or call requirements
Join the IU Health Resource Center We are a group of dynamic, flexible nurses that get to experience floating to multiple units/patient populations in a nationally ranked and recognized academic health care center.
Our nurses reflect the mission, vision, and values of Indiana University Health, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance, and follows all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of proficient, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, instructing, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
