    The Opportunity:
    The

    Manager, Influencer Marketing


    within Mattel's Digital Engagement Group will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid and earned influencer campaigns across Mattel's portfolio of iconic brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Thomas and Friends, Mattel Games, and others.

    This position will oversee global strategy for their portfolio of brands and run end-to-end campaigns from campaign briefing through influencer selection and campaign execution and measurement.


    What Your Impact Will Be:
    Develops annual planning and strategy for Matte's portfolio of brands - specific brands will be assigned at hiring
    Manages all aspects of influencer campaign design, execution and measurement on YouTube and other social platforms in partnership with influencer team leadership
    Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams to build influencer activations that meet desired marketing objectives
    Partner and maintain relationships with key licensors, understanding their business and position and how it intersects with Mattel
    Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
    Ensure final creative and integrations are consistent with the brand brief and meet legal standards
    Compile, analyze and interpret data to optimize execution and report on campaign performance
    Manage existing and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.)
    Qualifications


    What We're Looking For:
    Bachelor's Degree
    6-8 years in an influencer marketing, with a focus on digital platforms
    Significant Social, YouTube knowledge across content, influencers, paid media products and basic strategy
    Track record of building and executing successful influencer programs across a wide range of audiences and/or brands
    Critical thinking and ability to quickly assess opportunities and challenges
    Creative thinker, you don't shy away from innovation
    Ability to set long-term strategy, clear goals, and KPIs
    Excellent organization and communication skills
    Experience being a team player collaborating across departments
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands
    Strong people skills and ability to effectively manage conflict
    Self-direction and an ability to manage ambiguity
    Experience managing and nurturing junior team members

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Existing relationships with influencers and creators in the kids and family category
    Understanding of COPPA guidelines and FTC guidelines. Experience with kids and/or parents is a plus
    Knowledge of digital analytics platforms including influencer SaaSplatform and Tubular Labs
    The annual base salary range for this position is between $118,000 and $147,000.
    **This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
