    DUTIES &


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    :


    The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for managing affiliate relationships, tracking and analyzing affiliate performance, providing support to affiliates, creating and managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.

    Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding new affiliates, managing existing affiliate relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    Track and analyze affiliate performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Provide support to affiliates, answering questions, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting problems.

    Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, developing creative and effective strategies to promote the products and services of Group 8A clients.

    Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, testing different strategies and tactics to improve results.
    Report on affiliate marketing results, providing insights into the performance of campaigns and the overall affiliate marketing program.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    :

    3+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role.
    Specific experience in affiliate marketing is a plus
    Experience working with clients - specifically ecommerce D2C brands.
    Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and practices.
    Knowledge in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
    Knowledge of affiliate networks (i.e. ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam etc.)
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.
    Problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
