- Assist guests by providing directions and support
- Ensure the safety of employees, guests, and park property
- Enforce park regulations
- Manage park entry by verifying permits, scanning ID badges, and overseeing access for team members, vendors, and contractors
- Patrol designated park areas
- Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted zones
- Screen visitors using metal detection and inspect bags for prohibited items
- Monitor the park for safety risks like fire, theft, and vandalism
- Organize ride queues and maintain order by redirecting line jumpers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment similar to our roller coasters
- Demonstrate a solid work ethic and prioritize safety
- Detail-oriented with a focus on enforcing park rules and regulations
- Reliable and attentive to duties
- Stay composed during emergency incidents
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy loads
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during shifts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
