    Description

    Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you possess a good understanding of the DFW Metro? We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team who specializes in efficiency, coordination, and scheduling.

    *Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and schedule service routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
    • Dispatch technicians as needed throughout the day to address service requests promptly.
    • Collaborate with the service team to ensure technicians have all necessary equipment and supplies on their service trucks for the next day's appointments.
    • Make outbound calls and answer high volume inbound calls, at times
    • Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism in a fastpaced environment
    • Participate in an oncall rotation every 5 weeks to handle emergency service requests outside of regular working hours
    *Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fastpaced environment
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and schedule routes effectively with a strong understanding of the DFW metro
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
    • Salesforce knowledge and proficiency in using computers and technology.
    • Team player able to contribute positively to an already fun and nontoxic environment

    $ $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
