- Work with VP of Marketing and Senior Brand Manager to develop annual marketing plans that drive the sales of key items/segments
- Develop and manage execution of integrated consumer marketing plans across social media, paid media, shopper marketing and PT. Use quarterly planning cycles to ensure brand plans and commercial execution is delivering against objectives and achieve sales, profit, market share, and brand equity targets. Measure and recommend adjustments to optimize campaigns and spend
- Oversee the development of a Shopper Marketing Strategy across key accounts for key items; Manage execution through Associate Shopper Marketing Manager. Guide them to build a Shopper tool kit
- Lead our PR and social media strategies, managing external agencies where required. Set the vision for what we are trying to accomplish, inspire the team to try new tactics and identify srappy methods of execution
- Work with Sales Planning on semi-annual business planning process. Manage the team to deliver sell-in materials as needed to bring to life our key initiatives for the Sales Organization and their Customers
- Working closely with Director of Global Branding & Advertising, lead the selection and execution of the best media mix to achieve brand awareness and financial targets.
- Brief the creative studio team on the development of creative strategy, copy development and in-market execution and work with them to get to best-in-class creative
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
- Makes continuous improvements to campaign planning process through on-going optimizations and key learnings.
- Interpret consumption data and make recommendations to increase consumer sales Ensure compliance with all US Regulatory standards and Legal requirements across campaign materials
- College or University Business Degree; MBA a plus
- 7-9 years of client-side campaign development or a combination of client-side and marketing agency experience, including shopper marketing. Preferably within a consumer-packaged goods, beauty or VMS environment. Experience must be consumer-facing.
- Strong business acumen and track record of over-delivering results
- Experience in developing breakthrough consumer connections and communications. Strong creative eye with experience evaluating and developing communication materials.
- Excellent time management/project management skills (ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders demands)

About the Position
Reporting to the VP of Marketing Youtheory, US the Integrated Marketing Manager, is responsible for delivering end-to-end communication and shopper marketing campaigns that result in the Youtheory brand consistently delivering its sales, profit, market share, and customer ranking goals. The Integrated Marketing Manager takes campaigns from the point of concept approval through to execution, ensuring flawless execution and meaningful, measurable results. This role will lead our social media, media and PR agencies to support execution. This role will also oversee Shopper Marketing, developing our key strategies by account and will oversee an Associate Shopper Marketing Manager. In addition, the Integrated Marketing Manager will work with our e-comm team to ensure that campaigns are reflected in all DTC plans and that the digital shelves of our retailers are supported with best-in-class content to drive discovery and conversion. Campaign measurement will also be critical to the role to ensure profit and revenue growth on existing products and launch of innovation. The ideal candidate is well versed in both traditional and emerging tactics and has experience on both DTC/e-comm brands and CPG sold through traditional channels.
