About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with strong experience in public relations, advertising, and marketing analytics to support the growth of the MSO & IPA.

You will coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including event management, media communications, and broker relations, to support the company's strategic goals.

What You'll Do:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community outreach events, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategy.
Analyze event data to derive actionable insights and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with brokers, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain and coordinate media communications and marketing collateral, working closely with graphic designers.
Strategize content creation across media platforms to enhance brand recognition and cross-cultural communication.
Address concerns and issues from brokers and agencies regarding member authorization, claims, and eligibility.
Conduct analytical research to identify trends and develop creative marketing campaigns.
Provide strategic support for membership retention and growth initiatives.
Maintain inventory of promotional materials, track data, and manage orders.
Travel to broker offices and event venues as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is required.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, broker relations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.

Experience in managed care, health plans, or medical groups is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, with experience using Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and marketing design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Canva).
Familiarity with SQL, R, and HTML is a plus.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
