    The Opportunity:

    As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for handling all Tier 2 & 3 National Accounts. You'll be working closely with both the Sales Director and your growing team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales goals within your team that feed into our overall company production goals.

    You will help build a team of junior and mid-level sales representatives that you feel can add to our culture and spirit. Managing your time between prospecting for talent and new business will be absolutely crucial in this role. The ability to take directives from our sales executives and deploy it with your team will be recognized and rewarded.

    This position is perfect for someone who understands what it is to be organized, communicate effectively upstream and downstream, and humbly lead others

    What you love doing:

    • Prospect and nurture our large national advertiser partnerships
    • Uncovering and report large opportunities that exist in the marketplace that our internal media buying teams can fulfill and drive revenue
    • Own all aspects of sales leadership and success inside your team: recruiting, onboarding, training, career development, mentoring, and team structuring
    • Help establish, manage, and report on sales team KPIs that feed into our quarterly and yearly production goal track
    • Deliver timely and accurate reports to Sales Director and upper management
    • Work with senior management to deploy and manage sales initiates for your team
    • Work alongside other channel management (product, quality assurance, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of our overall plan
    • Plan out and deploy sales incentive programs for your sales outreach team
    • Test/Optimize contact strategies, sales materials, scripting, sales workflows, and team structure to maximize results.

    What you bring to the team:

    • A proven track record of individual, managerial, and managerial level achievement in your industry (marketing or affiliate industry preferred). Minimum 3 years of senior-level sales experience, and a willingness to grow into a higher position
    • Experience working with small startup teams, AND large public companies - and how to marry these types of organizations together to do business successfully
    • A competitive edge that extends beyond work (sports, learning, fitness, etc)
    • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills - especially as it pertains to business dealings
    • You enjoy business travel and conference networking
    • You live, breathe, sleep Leadership-Management
    • You are incredibly organized and understand the phrase "What gets measured, gets managed"
    • Ability to prioritize, delegate, or turn down a large volume of opportunities quickly and effectively
    • A sales leadership process that can be deployed quickly at our organization
