- A proven track record of individual, managerial, and managerial level achievement in your industry (marketing or affiliate industry preferred). Minimum 3 years of senior-level sales experience, and a willingness to grow into a higher position
- Experience working with small startup teams, AND large public companies - and how to marry these types of organizations together to do business successfully
- A competitive edge that extends beyond work (sports, learning, fitness, etc)
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills - especially as it pertains to business dealings

The Opportunity:
As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for handling all Tier 2 & 3 National Accounts. You'll be working closely with both the Sales Director and your growing team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales goals within your team that feed into our overall company production goals.
You will help build a team of junior and mid-level sales representatives that you feel can add to our culture and spirit. Managing your time between prospecting for talent and new business will be absolutely crucial in this role.
