The Principal Cybersecurity Engineer designs the Cybersecurity engineering roadmap, and delivers highly complex secure systems, cyber applications, technical projects and regulatory and risk requirements.
SIIRT Platform Development is seeking passionate and driven engineers to join our team.Our specialized group of individuals is charged with engineering solutions to form the backbone of our Cybersecurity Operations and Incident Response organizations.
Our mission is to provide Discover's Cybersecurity teams with highly-performant, elegant and resilient solutions which enable machine data transmission, correlation, reporting and analysis.
As a Security Platform Engineer on our team, you will be building and maintaining the foundational capabilities which galvanizes our defensive Cybersecurity posture.
Acts as the principal advisor to upper management in Cybersecurity matters. Performs cyber defense incident triage, to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact; Certifies that protection and detection capabilities are acquired or developed using the Cybersecurity engineering approach and are consistent with organization-level cybersecurity architectureInternal applicants only:
