- Understand and advance the mission of the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County.
- Adhere to all APPI contract requirements and assist in the contract renewal process.
- Receive referrals from school staff and students; collaborate with SBYSP, Guidance Department, and CST.
- Assess client needs and develop service plans/goals.
- Conduct individual and group supportive counseling.
- Maintain the Level of Service required for the contract year.
- Assist with program budgeting.
- Conduct outreach efforts.
- Advocate for clients with various agencies and/or service providers.
- Track the Level of Service and update MIS.
- Maintain client files in accordance with agency policies and contract requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in a mental health or social services related field.
- Valid driver's license.

Job DescriptionSalary:The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County is seeking a full-time Coordinator for the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Initiative (APPI), in collaboration with Keansburg High School (Keansburg, NJ). The ideal candidate will provide supportive individual and group counseling, perform case management duties, and coordinate the Time to Grow early intervention program for adolescents, with the primary objective of reducing teen pregnancy and mitigating other risky behaviors.
The APPI Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.
