- Manage SEC/Nasdaq reporting and compliance, including financial filings and shareholder communications.
- Ensure accurate corporate messaging across press releases and external communications; co-lead disclosure discussions.
- Assist with capital market transactions and governance documentation for board meetings.
- Guide equity programs and insider trading policies, conduct compliance training, and support corporate responsibility initiatives.
- J.D., and be in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar, with 12+ years in biotech law, with at least 5 years in-house.
- Require solid understanding of securities laws, strong ethics, and sound judgment.
- Need to possess excellent communication and analytical skills, preferably with biopharmaceutical in-house experience.
- Capable of strategic, detail-oriented project management, self-motivated with strong multitasking skills, and budget-conscious counsel management.
