Boutique, tech-savvy Hedge Fund located in NYC is looking to hire In-House Counsel / Securities Counsel to be it's # 1 attorney.

We are a private boutique investment firm.

We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in and the communities in which we work.

We do this by using extraordinary people and flexible capital to help companies solve problems.

Our asset management businesses include investment vehicles focused on private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, growth equity, opportunistic, non-investment grade credit, real assets and secondary funds, all on a global basis.

From time to time, we use outside counsel (international, big law firm) but we need an In-House counsel to handle the day-to-day affairs and to reduce outside billing expenses by big law.

You will work with them for some tasks you may not have jurisdiction over (international laws). But you'll be our primary person for all legal operations of our business. You MUST be able to move quickly, and navigate complex legal scenarios, structuring, and regulatory.
