    Impact:

    As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Department, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Law Firm by sourcing, selecting, and onboarding exceptional Legal and Support staff.

    Daily Tasks:

    • Source candidates from diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Screen potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for various roles.
    • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
    • Conduct thorough interview follow-ups and provide feedback to candidates.
    • Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates.
    • Participate in initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
    • Create and manage engaging job postings on various platforms.

    Your Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting Attorneys and Paralegals.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and Hiring Managers.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment in the legal industry.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 software suite.
