- Administers one or more of the following:employee recognition and reward programs, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, commuter assistance and carpool programs, as well as tuition and certification reimbursement.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, retirements, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Assists with the maintenance and administration of HR technology and software.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- At least three years of human resource experience required; human resources generalist experience in areas of leave of absence, workers compensation, accommodations, employee relations, retirement plans, and compliance preferred.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification a plus.
