    1. Process and input all customer orders.
    2. Run stock reports to verify product availability.
    3. Generate all related documentation and information necessary to pick and ship customer orders.
      • File all documentation in proper location
    4. Post inventory transactions.
    5. Check all orders for special requests, including requests to expedite.
    6. Trace orders as required and communicate status to the customer.
    7. Complete invoicing in timely and accurate manner.
    8. Maintain accurate and comprehensive procedure documentation.
      • Maintain damage records and back-order logs
    9. Answer phone calls and operate various types of office equipment, including computing equipment.
    10. Maintain excellent working relationship with all customer contacts by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a timely and courteous manner
    11. Report customer feedback to management, including signs of customer dissatisfaction.

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining accurate data records within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, possess a strong understanding of inbound and outbound processes, and have excellent computer literacy skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Entry and Record Maintenance:

    Accurately input and update data related to incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and other warehouse activities into the computer system.
    Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    Inbound and Outbound Coordination:

    Collaborate with warehouse staff to oversee and document the receiving of incoming goods.
    Work closely with the outbound team to accurately record and process outgoing shipments.
    Inventory Management:

    Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse by tracking and managing inventory levels.
    Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
    Computer Literacy:

    Utilize various computer applications and software to perform data entry tasks efficiently.
    Troubleshoot and address any system-related issues in collaboration with the IT department.
    Communication:

    Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in warehouse data entry or a similar role.
    Familiarity with inbound and outbound processes within a warehouse setting.
    Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting and moving objects when required.
