    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for providing technical expertise and support to sales team and customers.
    • Imperative in understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and driving sales growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and bids
    • Manage customer forecasts and planning to assure inventory levels are adequate.
    • Onboard new customers

    Requirements:

    • Strong proficiency with ERP and Inventory Management systems
    • Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Understanding of CAD Data, SolidWorks and Blueprints necessary
    • Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
    • Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
