- Overseeing and managing the Sales Marketing team, ensuring all deliverables are being executed on, deadlines are being met by the team, and workload is being handled effectively
- Responsible for all RFPs and proactive ideas, working closely with the Sales Marketers to ensure ideas are delivering on client needs while showcasing ADWEEKs unique value prop, and are effectively communicated in proposal decks
- Owning the ideation of multi-faceted, sellable sponsorship opportunities and leading the creation of corresponding GTM materials
- Partner with key internal teams at ADWEEK, such as Editorial, Events, and Client Services, to identify and create innovative and unique partnership opportunities that the sellers can bring to market, focusing on multi-faceted, scalable opportunities that activates the entire ADWEEK ecosystem (where possible)
- Creation of corresponding sales collateral for all partnership opportunities that effectively showcases the idea, ADWEEKs value prop, and the key components within a compelling narrative/story in a deck
- Responsible for building out all tentpole events materials and sponsorship packages, including opportunities for customization by the Sales Marketers and sellers for specific client opportunities
- Own the development and regular maintenance of other marketing materials-related needs, such as: media kit, editorial calendar, case studies, etc.
- Present finalized ideas and collateral to Sales, Client Services, Branded Content, etc.
- Works closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for clients based on their goals and objectives
- 8+ years working in Sales Marketing roles, with experience building proposal decks, RFP responses, and creation of sales collateral and go-to-market materials
- 5+ years of experience managing Sales Marketing teams
- Proven ability to tell impactful and effective stories within sales decks, with a focus on a cohesive, concise narrative that brings the ideas to life while showcasing ADWEEKs unique value prop
- Experience in deck and collateral design, including the ability to create mocks to illustrate ideas
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Salary Details: up to $150,000
- The salary range provided reflects the Companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The final compensation offered will be determined by various factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location. ADWEEK is headquartered in New York City, and the salary specified is tailored for candidates residing within the New York tri-state area.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day of the Sales Marketing team, including the creation of RFPs and proactive proposals, as well as the development of all sales and marketing collateral as it relates to sales opportunities.
This is a player/coach role, where the individual will be responsible for mentoring the Sales Marketing team members by actively participating in proposal development, while also leading the creation of proactive sales materials and owning the go-to-market strategy.
Please note that this is a hybrid role and will be based in ADWEEKs NYC office three days a week.
