    This position is essential to our business as you'll be creating and maintaining strong relationships with our new and current customers.

    We'll get you fully trained to take on the needs of our customers and provide them with the best experience insurance has to offer.

    All we need from you is dedication, drive, and commitment to success.

    This sales position offers a competitive salary. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next Service Advisor.

    Salary:
    $40,000.00-$60, BOUNUS per year

    Service Advisor Responsibilities

    Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
    Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
    Answer incoming customer inquiries.
    Record customer information within our customer service database.
    Create client relationships with new and existing customers.
    Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

    Service Advisor Requirements

    Strong Interest in a customer oriented career - Sales experience is a plus but not required.
    Be willing to obtain () your Property & Casualty license.
    Commitment to success and obtaining personal goals
    Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
    Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    U.S. Work authorization (Required)
