Description
Rapidly growing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software company seeking a full-time salaried Technical Support Specialist. This position will primarily consist of telephone & remote access support.Duties include software installation, installing and troubleshooting diagnostic equipment & device integrations, troubleshooting technical & training related issues, identifying/troubleshooting bugs/feature requests and submitting them to developers for review, and recommending hardware/software solutions to clients.
Designing and Installing Microsoft Windows Server 2012/newer based systemsActive Directory/Workgroup Authentication
Network/Workstation/Server Best Practices
Server Fault Tolerance Best Practices
Server Backup Best Practices
Group Policies
Server and Workstation Troubleshooting/Maintenance

MCSE Certification or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
