GS-9: $68,405 - $88,926 GS-11: $82,764 - $107,590 GS-12: $99,200 - $128,956 Responsibilities The incumbent will serve as Management Analyst.
As a Management Analyst you will perform the following duties:Provides administrative support to the Center Management Team and staff; provides scheduling and meeting/event coordination and assists in the development of briefing information.
Serves as a liaison between the Center Management Team and staff for administrative processes at the Center, informing them of current issues, conveying management objectives, and scheduling briefings as necessary.
Assists in the procurement process within the Center, including ordering office supplies, creating procurement requisitions, and performing support duties such as creating spreadsheets and tracking contract requirements.
May be required to check the availability of funds and prepare documentation or reports.Serve as the Travel Administrator for all personnel in an assigned area by remaining current on all Travel Manager changes and disseminating changes to organizational personnel, processing domestic and international travel, and establishing routing structure for approving and certifying travel.
Performs or assists in various administrative functions, including the following:(a) serves as records manager; (b) serves as the Center timekeeper; (c) serves as backup Purchase Cardholder for micro-purchases; (d) assists in property custodianship; (g) coordinates mail distribution and award packages. These duties are described at the full performance level of the GS-12; the GS-9 and GS-11 are developmental leading to such performance.
