Duties
:
- [CONT] of internal and external communications activities, tying together data-driven reviews and reports on the progress achieved toward OAI's performance measures and priority goals.
- Conducts various indepth analyses and studies of OAI needs and longrange requirements in the administrative management areas; identifies problems; presents findings and recommendations to OAI officials through oral or written presentations,

- Research and design presentations and provide written and verbal interpretations of analytical outputs tailored to specific audiences, such as OAI's Office Directors, supervisors, or Team Leader(s), including interactivity and narrative storytelling

To qualify at the
GS-7 level, you must have
one of the following:
- A bachelor's degree AND superior academic achievement.
Superior academic achievement is defined as:
(1) graduating with at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA; (2) graduating in the top third of the graduating class; or (3) membership in a national scholastic honor society
NOTE:
Transcripts are required to substantiate education.; OR
- One full year of graduate level study, or possess a Master's or higher degree, e.g., Ph.

- At least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS5, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Such experience must include researching and analyzing information, collecting and organizing data, and preparing recommendations and correspondence for management.
- When combined, graduate education and experience total 100% of the requirements.
To qualify at the
GS-9 level, you must have
one of the following:
- At least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the
GS-7, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled which has equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Such experience must include assisting with studies
for analysis of program/operational goals using evaluative methods including statistical programming software, and statistical modeling to analyze data and gather actionable findings via reports and presentations to present to team members**; OR - A Master's or equivalent graduate degree, if related
NOTE:

- Completed 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
