    **Description**

    Primary function is the responsibility to provide excellent customer service to both customers and sales representatives. This position requires an ability to adapt to process change, solve problems, and multi-task.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Heavy telephone and e-mail contact with customers and sales representatives concerning orders, shipments and pricing.

    Manage assigned key accounts.

    Order entry of new orders as well as revisions to orders.

    Process customer returns, credit requests and documentation of customer complaints.

    Order Management discipline

    Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor at all times.

    Communicate with internal partners to expedite orders.

    Achieve and maintain in-depth working knowledge of product uses and functions.

    Handle customer requests.

    Assist with special projects when necessary.

    Other duties as assigned within the scope of the requirements and responsibilities of the job.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of two years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and AA degree or equivalent.

    Required proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications.

    Required attention to detail, problem solving, customer service

    SAP experience required

    Must possess great communication, listening, team work skills

    SharePoint, Smartsheet experience preferred.
