Our firm has recently expanded to the San Bernardino area and is looking for the next great addition to our Customer Service Representative team.

Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Customer Service Representative team.

Our entry-level Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
  • Train directly with seasoned Customer Service Representatives and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entrylevel role
  • Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
  • Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
  • Display mastery of the entrylevel Customer Service Representative position by training newer representatives and team members
  • Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
  • At least 12 years of experience working in customer service or different consumerfacing environment
  • Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
  • Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Customer Service Representative

Pay:
$46, $65,000.00 per year
