In addition to insurance, we offer services such as small business tax preparation, vehicle registration processing, and apportion plate registration.


We are seeking a positive and proactive individual who excels in problem-solving, works well with others, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to address customer inquiries and issues effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously strive to achieve team and professional goals within the company
  • File documents, and organize paperwork
  • Provide information about services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Assistance, and/or processing all services offered in office

Position Highlights:

  • Full Time Position
  • Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm;
  • Saturdays Off, Sunday off, and Major Holidays off
  • Paid Training
  • Paid vacation on accrual after 2 year of employment
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • Bonuses Available between $300$500 a month

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish & English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • People Person, positive energetic
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance, tax & trucking industry
  • Organized, able to prioritize work, and multitask
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

$ $18.00 per hour
