- Assist in the development and maintenance of the dining services budget.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure that the kitchen environment and the dining areas are all properly maintained, clean and safe.
- Work alongside your team to prepare meals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support marketing and public relations for the community.
- Participate and serve on special projects and assignments in support of other Brightview communities.
- You have a passion for the culinary field and formalized culinary training.
- You bring at least 2 years of Food Service Management experience to the table.

Overview:The Dining Services Director at a Brightview Senior Living community serves as a champion and coach to our team of dining associates, and an advocate to our residents with a goal of effectively managing the day to day dining services operation, but also by ensuring that our current and future residents are delivered exceptional service, delicious food, and interesting and exciting dining options.
Schedule: No long restaurant hours We do serve 3 meals per day though so our ideal Dining Services Director will be available to ensure that all 3 meal times are supported and operating smoothly.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will build, develop and manage all of the communitys dietary associates, and will work to establish a communication plan which includes our team, the residents, the family members and our guests with the goal of assuring that we are delivering excellent care and nutrition to our residents.

$75,000 - $85,000
The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidates offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.
