New England Hospice is seeking Director of Clinical Services with 1-5 years of home care or hospice experience, expertise in pain and symptom management, and at least 2 years successful leadership experience.

New England Hospice is a family owned hospice dedicated to providing quality end of life care to community patients and Long Term Care Facility patients.

We work closely with families and nursing home staff to educate, support and admit patients.

It is our goal by involving, training and collaborating with patients/ their families and nursing home staff on a daily basis, to provide excellent quality at end of life care to our patients.

Families and facilities are involved in the plan of care and appreciate this collaboration for excellent care. For these reasons, we are welcomed in our patients' homes. M-F position.

Duties:
Manage clinical operations, Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures, Provide Leadership Guidance and Support to Nurses and Aides


Pay:
$110, $120,000.00 per year
